How do I get my photos back?
We email you a private gallery link within 7 days of receiving your film. High-resolution, downloadable, yours to keep and share.
How do I send my film(s) back?
After ordering, you'll get a portal link with a QR code and pre-paid label. Drop your film at any Evri point or Post Office — no printer required.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the QR code at drop-off and Evri handles the rest.
Do you do physical prints?
Not as standard — we send high-res scans so you can print whichever frames you want. Drop us a note at fullservice@catchcameras.com if you'd like prints added to your order.
What films can I send?
Any 35mm film. Colour, black and white, ours, theirs. Disposables too — pop the camera in the mailer, we'll extract and develop the roll.
How long does it take?
7 days from when we receive your roll. We process in batches, scan in high-res, and email your gallery the moment it's ready.
