When should I order?
Two weeks before your event is comfortable. We can rush a kit out in 48 hrs if needed — just email us. We'd rather get it right than get it fast.
Any tips for shooting on film?
Point and shoot. Slide the flash on and get nice and close.
Can I keep the cameras?
Yes, they are yours to keep. Reload with films and use at your next event.
Can the cameras take other films?
Yes — they take any 35mm film. Colour, black and white, ours, theirs. Whatever you want.
Is loading the film hard?
Not at all — but it's a skill worth doing right. Every kit comes with a printed insert and we'll send you short videos walking through it step by step. Two minutes per camera. Loading properly is what makes unloading easy after your event — and that's the bit that protects your photos.
How does development work?
Each kit ships with a prepaid envelope. After your event, drop the exposed rolls in, take it to any local Post Office or corner shop that handles post. We develop, scan in high-res, and email you a private gallery within 7 days.
What if a camera breaks?
They're built solid and happy to be thrown around. If one fails, we'll replace it. Just don't open the back if the roll hasn't been wound back in — that'll expose the photos.
What about more film later?
Reload via our 35mm subscription — 3 rolls every 90 days, with development included. Or buy films one-off whenever you want.
How long do scans take?
Seven days from when we receive your films back. We email you a private gallery link. High-res, downloadable, yours.
