This is the making of an album, the first in years, captured on film. We gave La Roux a CATCH camera to document her journey as she wrote Old Flames. This is what happened.
Some moments are hard to explain, every step in a journey like this, hard to describe. But photos help. So in here you see La Roux in the cabin, the studio, on the road, in session and in between.
The record started nearly five years ago on a piano in a Brixton kitchen. It turned into an album about doubt, and what's left once you've walked through it.
There are only 100 copies available. Each one hand finished and numbered and completed by an individual A5 print. First 30 are signed.

I didn't spend five years on and off taking my time making this because I think it's mediocre. I made it to be joyous and immersive, something people can move through and come out feeling changed by.
